07/2011 » ATOUT CAPITAL advises CYBERGUN for a € 2.5 M fund raising
CYBERGUN is the world leader in the reproduction of fake weapons under license of the largest manufacturers (COLT, KALASHNIKOV, SIG SAUER ....). It is also a major player in paintball and recreational shooting (toys for children: water guns, chalk ...). Recently, the Group has broadened its activities to the digital world with the takeover of I2G, "executive producer" of video games.
ATOUT CAPITAL has advised CYBERGUN for its fundraising for an amount of € 2.5 million with preferential subscription rights. Done at a price of € 12.75 per share, the transaction was subscribed 1.12 x.
