OVERLAP Groupe is the No. 1 French integration and management of high-end computing infrastructure. The group supports the transformation of the infrastructures of its clients with service offerings ranging from virtualization to outsourcing, to support and funding. OVERLAP Groupe remains today one of the major partners of the largest manufacturers of the market. ATOUT CAPITAL spearheaded the bond issue ordinary fixed-rate 8% -2017 which was a popular success with a large amount raised € 5.2 million. This will allow OVERLAP Groupe to finance the acceleration of organic growth in the coming semesters and seize external growth opportunities. The group focuses particularly on services such as high recurring managed services, outsourcing and cloud computing.
