01/2012 » ATOUT CAPITAL advises EURASIA GROUPE for the acquisition of MB Retail Europe
EURASIA GROUPE is a real estate company specializing in leasing and subleasing of real estate assets of logistics warehouses, retail showrooms and offices. Its real estate under management amounted to 253 579 m² and includes 32 sites divided into 606 lots leased to third parties. Real estate assets are located in Ile de France and especially in the North Shore of Paris, on routes with high marketability. The stock EURASIA GROUPE is listed on NYSE Alternext from EURONEXT PARIS.
ATOUT CAPITAL accompanied EURASIA GROUPE to acquire a block of 99.83% stake in the company MB Retail Europe which stocks are admitted to the compartment C of NYSE EURONEXT PARIS. This acquisition should enable EURASIA GROUPE to develop a business of acquisition of new real estate projects in MB Retail Europe.
