Besides those series produced by the Group, MILLIMAGES also distributes series and animated movies from other producers.
ATOUT CAPITAL advised the MILLIMAGES Group (EURONEXT C) on the implementation of a Public Buyout Offer followed by a Squeeze Out, initiated by the major shareholder, KID MEDIA MANAGEMENT.
This delisting freed the Group from regulatory and administrative restraints related to a market listing and hence to a reduction in related costs. At the same time this transfer simplified the Group’s functioning.
