TSG GROUP, the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, has acquired SOL NAVITAS in order to accelerate its development in the Balkans.

Since 2008, SOL NAVITAS has specialized in the design, development, and maintenance of solar power plants. With more than 15 years of experience in renewable energy, the company is one of the most reliable and experienced service providers in this field in Slovenia. Since its creation, the SOL NAVITAS teams have completed more than 3,000 installations with a total electrical capacity of over 60 MW in several Balkan countries: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Serbia.

With this new acquisition, TSG – owned by its management alongside the entrepreneurial investment group HLD – continues to strengthen its position as the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility. The Group is built on a strong entrepreneurial culture and a solid continental presence (more than 6,400 employees in 30 countries, over €1.25 billion in annual revenue).

ATOUT CAPITAL advised TSG on this new off-market transaction. With this first acquisition in Slovenia, TSG is strengthening its technical and commercial capabilities to improve its presence in the Balkans.

This fifteenth transaction carried out on behalf of TSG once again confirms ATOUT CAPITAL’s expertise in the energy transition sector and in carrying out international external growth transactions, particularly by identifying growth opportunities for its clients outside of organized processes.
