GLOBAL ECOPOWER is a constructor of turnkey power plants using wind and solar energy. In 2011, the Group built 2 photovoltaic plants for its clients (installed capacities of 5MW and 3.4MW). In 2012 the Group started construction of, for another client, 3 wind farms in the departments of Manche and Marne, with a total installed capacity of 64MW.
GLOBAL ECOPOWER is now structuring itself to be a key player in the building of power plants based on renewable energy sources in France and intends to retain a number of these for its own account.
For 2013, the Group hopes to achieve a turnover of €13m for an EBITDA of €2.6m (20%). ATOUT CAPITAL organized a transfer of GLOBAL ECOPOWER from the Free Market to ALTERNEXT NYSE EURONEXT PARIS.
The Group commissioned ATOUT CAPITAL as its listing sponsor. With the transfer to Compartment C, GLOBAL ECOPOWER (ISIN: FR0011289198 – ALGEP) seeks to increase its asset profile and improve its liquidity.
