LCB quickly gained recognition with its wooden creations and with the societal dimension of its projects in housing estate of medium population density, in weakly urbanized locations or even in rural regions. Its offer is addressed to municipalities, landlords and private investors. As of 2021, LCB will gradually expand its offer towards the creation of intergenerational eco-neighborhoods. The Company is carrying out a first experimental site in Epinal (88) supported by the ADEME (French Environment and Energy Management Agency). These projects are aimed to promote the intergenerational housing development by reinvigorating the center of small and medium-sized towns. LES CONSTRUCTEURS DU BOIS will also focus on the creation of retirement homes offering a personal services turnkey solution. With a pipeline of more than 20 projects under development for a business volume close to €60 million, LES CONSTRUCTEURS DU BOIS has solid growth perspectives.
