IMPLANET, a medical technology company specializing in spinal implants and the distribution of innovative medical equipment, designs solutions aimed at improving the management of spinal pathologies.

Active across the entire value chain—from the design of innovative implants to their commercialization—the company offers products manufactured exclusively within the European Union and distributed in 42 countries.

In June 2022, IMPLANET entered into a commercial, strategic, and financial partnership with the Chinese group SANYOU MEDICAL, the second-largest Chinese player in medical devices dedicated to spinal surgery. This partnership aims in particular to deploy the technologies developed by IMPLANET in China.

In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of € 9.4 million.

ATOUT CAPITAL assisted IMPLANET in structuring and executing a new €4.5 million capital increase, carried out with preferential subscription rights maintained on the Growth segment of Euronext Paris. The transaction benefited from a 100% guarantee.

Thanks to this fundraising, IMPLANET now has the resources needed to accelerate the rollout of its strategy: (i) strengthen its commercial presence in the United States, (ii) launch products co-developed with SANYOU MEDICAL, and (iii) position itself as the exclusive distributor in Europe and the United States of surgical assistance devices developed by its partners.

This transaction marks the fifth deal completed by ATOUT CAPITAL’s team on behalf of IMPLANET and once again confirms its recognized expertise in the healthcare sector.
