At 31 December 2013 ARTEA had an asset base of 45 000m2 of office space, 97% of which was occupied by over 70 tenants in the PACA region of south-eastern France. ATOUT CAPITAL advised ARTEA shareholders for the absorption by MEDEA whose shares are listed on compartment C of NYSE EURONEXT PARIS. A notice concerning ARTEA’s absorption by MEDEA was registered by the French financial authority AMF on 20 May 2014. Shareholders approved a total transfer of shares, worth €89.4m, on 13 June 2014. 

The assets and activities of the Group ARTEA were thus transferred in favor of MEDEA. MEDEA shareholders will now benefit from the assets with high potential for the development of the new entity.
