- Mergers & acquisitions
TSG, the European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, has acquired GEVITEC and LEIRIVOLT, two independent companies specializing in electrical installation and maintenance, based respectively in Belgium and Portugal.
GEVITEC, operating in Schoten (Belgium) and Breda (Netherlands), has been recognized for over 30 years for (i) B2B electrical installation solutions and (ii) the deployment of charging stations for electric vehicles. The company supports clients in developing infrastructure for service stations, automobile dealerships, and other commercial sites.
Based in Barosa (Portugal) for more than twenty years, LEIRIVOLT has developed expertise across the entire value chain, including B2B electrical installations, switchboard electrification, industrial automation, electric mobility, and renewable energy (particularly photovoltaic).
With these acquisitions, TSG—owned by its management alongside GROUPE HLD—continues to strengthen its position as a European leader in technical services for responsible mobility. The Group benefits from a strong entrepreneurial culture and solid continental presence (6,000 employees in 30 countries, over €1 billion in annual revenue).
ATOUT CAPITAL, supported by its GLOBALSCOPE partners, COMMON GROUND in Belgium and LIBERDADE CAPITAL in Portugal, advised TSG on these transactions.
These two new transactions, the eleventh and twelfth carried out with the support of ATOUT CAPITAL, confirm TSG’s commitment to the energy transition and illustrate the Group’s external growth momentum across Europe.
