Founded in 1947 in France, AIRWELL is a reference supplier of HVAC and thermal engineering operating on a market driven by energy transition.
The group aims to become a key global player thanks to its presence in 80 countries. Under the direction of its CEO Laurent ROEGEL, AIRWELL has repositioned itself as a supplier of smart energy ecosystems that adapts to the needs and uses of individuals and businesses, in order to meet the current challenges of energy sobriety, while improving thermal comfort and air quality in buildings.
In 2022, AIRWELL continued to show dynamism both in terms of R&D and commercial expansion. Group sales amounted to €55m, representing a strong growth of c.25% compared with 2022. The start of the 2023 financial year promises to be just as dynamic, in particular with significant export growth. AIRWELL is now listed on EURONEXT GROWTH PARIS (ALAIR – FR0014003V77).
ATOUT CAPITAL advised AIRWELL on its IPO on EURONEXT GROWTH PARIS, which enabled the Group to raise €6.1m. Oversubscribed 2.7 times for a demand of €13m, the offer aimed at both individuals and institutional investors was a great success. Benefiting from the strong enthusiasm of Scandinavian investors, this operation promotes the expansion of the free float and the internationalization of the Group’s shareholding.
Over the past few months, ATOUT CAPITAL has supported the Group in strengthening its long-term resources aimed at financing its growth and technological developments. As a reminder, prior to this operation, ATOUT CAPITAL supported AIRWELL in 2021 for its listing on the EURONEXT PARIS ACCESS+ market and then recently for the strengthening of its equity and for the raising of private bond debt.
