BUSINESS AT WORK is a digital services company specialized in providing end-to-end support for transformational projects for support function departments (Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing & Supply Chain) in large companies, mid-sized businesses, and public organizations.
The French company works to improve their operational performance, notably by leveraging technology and digitalization.
Its 300 consultants combine a very strong business, IT, and technological expertise. They draw on 3 complementary business lines: Consulting & Support, Solutions Integration & Deployment, and Application Expertise & Services Centers. With offices in Paris, Caen, London and Mauritius, the Group reached a turnover of 34 million euros in 2022.
Founded in 2007 by Mr Tony LUCKX, EXERTUM is a key player in Belgium and Luxembourg, specialized in the technical management of SAP environments. EXERTUM offers a comprehensive range of services to guarantee to customers of all sizes a very high level of performance and reliability for their SAP installations.
This acquisition strengthens BUSINESS AT WORK’s strategic partnership with SAP. EXERTUM’s technical teams will strengthen those of BUSINESS AT WORK, in a context where SAP migration projects accelerate, particularly towards S/4HANA and Cloud strategies with “Rise with SAP”. This acquisition will also enable the Group to expand geographically, giving it access to new markets through additional customers, listings, and offerings.
ATOUT CAPITAL advised BUSINESS AT WORK for the acquisition of EXERTUM as well as for the raising of financing in the form of a “Prêt Participatif Relance” (PPR) carried out at the same time as the acquisition.
BUSINESS AT WORK intends to pursue its external growth strategy, initiated in 2020. By combining targeted acquisitions and structured organic growth, the Group aims to double its sales within five years.
