Founded by Frédéric Chesnais, a well-known entrepreneur in the video game industry and blockchain pioneer, CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES (“CBI”) is a French company that develops, operates and invests in video games, professional applications and selective projects related to blockchain, Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”) and crypto currencies.
CBI’s ambition is to develop and enhance a portfolio of blockchain activities covering different sectors (video games, interactive entertainment, finance, logistics…) to take advantage of this technology, either directly or in partnership.
CBI has already made several investments and is currently developing AlphaVerse, a virtual world (metaverse) based on blockchain technology that will open in summer 2022. AlphaVerse benefits from important licenses, notably Atari. Pre-sales of AlphaVerse NFTs will be launched in the last calendar quarter of 2021.
CBI has been admitted to listing on the E1 compartment (qualified investors) of Euronext Growth Paris on October 26, 2021, by direct listing at a price of €2.0 per share for a market capitalisation of approximately €38.7 million.
