Created in 2011 and managed by Dimitri Batsis, DRONE VOLT is specialized in drones for professionals, providing turnkey solutions adapted to customer requirements. The company offer includes the drone, accessories, different nacelles, personnel training, the material needed for transporting drones and equipment, etc. A global partner, DRONE VOLT also provides all the administrative steps (registration) and the maintenance of the different material.
To date DRONE VOLT has concentrated on the media market but is now developing other applications (mapping, security, environment, agriculture…).
Profitable and undergoing strong growth, the company achieved a turnover of €1.7m in 2014. This tendency continues in early 2015 with increasing demand in a fast-growing market.
ATOUT CAPITAL accompanied DRONE VOLT in the direct listing registration of its stock on the Free Market of EURONEXT in Paris. 47 000 shares, comprising 4.2% of the capital, were offered by the principal shareholder, the company DBI. Demand was strong, at 2.7 times the offer. DRONE VOLT shares have been listed since April 21, 2015
