Founded in 1941, ERMITAGE is a secular private international school. Located in the exceptional surroundings of Maisons-Laffitte’s park, ERMITAGE welcomes more than 1,500 students from over 75 different nationalities from elementary to high school final year students. ERMITAGE also offers to international students the opportunity to complete their schooling in its mixed boarding school.

ATOUT CAPITAL advised one of the ERMITAGE’s shareholders for the sale of its shares (50%) to PLATINA EQUITY SOLUTIONS.
On this occasion, the two family shareholders sold their shares in favor of a new equity round mainly led by PLATINA EQUITY SOLUTIONS. The new shareholder intends to ensure the sustainability of the educational program developed at ERMITAGE while pursuing the development of the institution through increased financial resources and a targeted external growth policy.
