OCTO Technology has become the leading Architects in Information Systems agency in its domain. Since its creation in 1998 the Group has helped clients build their Information Systems and the applications that transformed their companies by servicing simultaneously the technology, the methodology and the understanding of the challenges of the profession.
The projects entrusted to OCTO Technology cover the complete life cycle of Information Systems: the software portfolio, the piloting of the Information System and the putting into action of the practices in the IT departments. Today OCTO Technology is an international group of 250 co-workers based at 5 sites in France, Brazil, Switzerland, Morocco and, very recently, Australia.
In 2014 OCTO Technology achieved a turnover of €27.6 million with organic growth of 14.5%. Labeled an innovating company by OSEO, it is listed on Alternext (ISIN FR0004157428 – ALOCT).
The directors of OCTO Technology renewed their confidence in ATOUT CAPITAL following the successful IPO of 2007 and a subsequent public offering carried out in 2012.
The company was advised on the present occasion in obtaining financing of €4.1 million with preferred subscription rights on Alternext. Previous to this operation ATOUT CAPITAL accompanied the client in raising funds and in the concomitant restructuring of the family holding company of the founder, François HISQUIN, as well as the structuring of OCTOMAN, a profit sharing company of 15 partners.
ATOUT CAPITAL (CIF n° E 001758 with the AMF) is a financial services consulting firm providing services to small and medium-sized businesses. It specializes in equity financing operations (IPO, private placements, secondary offerings), M&A (takeover bids, industrial transactions, LBO), debt financing (IBO, bank and private) and insolvency proceedings.
