Owner Buy-Out

WORK4YOU, a specialist in administrative, accounting and tax support for self-employed workers, freelancers and small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), has completed a sponsor less Owner Buy-Out (OBO) enabling Hugues BONHOMME, co-founder and majority shareholder, to acquire all of the shares held by his partner and co-founder Franck LABOURDETTE. The transaction was financed by a banking pool comprising ARKÉA BANQUE, BPI FRANCE and LCL.

Founded in 2018, WORK4YOU has enjoyed a remarkable growth trajectory, with revenue rising from €9.6m in 2022 to €40m in 2025. The Group today supports more than 350 active independent workers through five fully digital solutions: DIGIWORK SOLUTIONS, DIGIWORK PORTAGE, DIGIWORK COMPTA, DIGIWORK ENTREPRISES and MEILLEUR DES MONDES.

Hugues BONHOMME and his teams aim to surpass €100m in revenue by 2028 and to support more than 1,000 independent workers by 2030.

ATOUT CAPITAL acted as exclusive M&A advisor to WORK4YOU on this transaction. The deal enables Hugues BONHOMME to take full control of the Group while retaining the full investment capacity needed to finance his ambitions for organic growth and team development.
