OXIANE is a neo information technology consulting company, a hybrid player between IT development and training. OXIANE’s core business is web development and architecture for companies, with the objective of digitising processes and activities.
Firmly focused on technological expertise and the “software craftsmanship” movement, the Group is involved in one-off consultancy assignments on a fixed-price basis as well as in project management and technical assistance for its engineering activity.
OXIANE is also a key player in training of web architecture, web development (particularly Java), agile methodologies, DevOps, etc. The Group offers more than 150 training courses, mainly developed in-house and delivered face-to-face or remotely by its consultants.
Capitalising on its dual expertise, OXIANE works with major clients via its four offices in Paris, Nantes, Luxembourg and the Ivory Coast. The Group represents more than 60 employees.
ATOUT CAPITAL advised the OXIANE’s shareholders in the context of its sale to CLEVER AGE. CLEVER AGE is present through 14 agencies in France and abroad. It is one of the leaders in the field of customer experience digitalisation and assisting its clients in the definition and implementation of their digital strategy. CLEVER AGE has been engaged for several years in a proactive acquisition strategy and employs more than 350 professionals to this date.
As part of this acquisition, the founding CEO of OXIANE has sold all his shares; 5 key managers of the Group will continue to manage OXIANE’s activities under the aegis of a new shareholder driven by a strong growth dynamic and a recognised agility in its market.
