• – Property: SCBSM holds assets generating stable rental income, situated mainly in Ile de France. A substantial part of this portfolio is situated in the Paris Central Business District area.
• – Development activity grouping leveraged projects: SCBSM restructures and creates value for those assets having high potential, in particular shopping centers and shops on the outskirts of Paris

The property assets of the Group, excluding development projects and minority interests, reached almost €300m as at 30 June 2014.  SCBSM has REITS status.

ATOUT CAPITAL advised SCBSM for the structuring of its bond issue of €28m, maturing at 5 years at an interest rate of 5.25% comprising two tranches involving a private placement for institutional investors from France and from Europe. The private placement was managed by Compagnie Financière Jacques Coeur (Leader) and Invest Securities (Co-leader).

This bond issue allowed SCBSM to extend the maturity of its debt and to reduce its average cost by the early repayment of its public borrowing, raised in December 2010.
